If you are one of our current Hatfield pet sitting clients or a prospective client, you may be wondering when the best time is to book your next vacation with us. As you could probably guess, our schedule fills up quickly, especially in the summer and around holidays.
If you are one of PURRfect Pet Companion’s regular clients, we will not need as much notice. Generally two weeks of notice is perfect for us to fit your pets into our schedule. A new or prospective client should always try to book earlier with us. A two to three week minimum notice of your trip is necessary. This allows us enough time to schedule our complimentary consultation with you and your pets.
We love meeting and caring for new pets! We try to accommodate every detail of a pet’s schedule and care routine. Unfortunately this means we often have to turn away a new client that gives us only 1 day notice prior to their trip. I’m a procrastinator myself, so I completely understand waiting until the last moment to book services. However, when you consider the steps that must be taken with a new pet sitting service, waiting until the last minute is not always a great idea.
So either way, if you are a new client or one of our regulars – book early! A pet sitter is here to make your life easier – not leave you scrambling around!
