EXPECTATIONS AND COMMUNICATION
We believe it’s important for our clients and our staff to have clear expectations and communication regarding the care we provide for your pets and your home. Our policies are intended to keep us all informed, and we ask that you take a few moments to read them.
During our initial consultation, we will go over our policies, information about your pets and home, and our service agreement. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have regarding any of these items.
During the consultation we will come to your home and meet with you and your pets. We will go over the pet care routine you would like us to follow at our visits. We will also review the completed Client & Pet Information Forms and Service Agreement. Two copies of a house key must be provided.
Secondary Consultation / Sitter Meeting
Clients may request a second consultation or a meeting with their assigned primary pet sitter at any time. A 30 minute visit fee will be charged.
Payment is due in full at the first visit of vacation services or the first visit of the week for daily dog walking services. Payment can be made by check (made out to PURRfect Pet Companion) or cash.
Key Drop Off / Pick Up
We will gladly pick up your keys prior to your trip and return them afterward. A $10 fee will be charged for each drop off or return. Clients are encouraged to keep their keys on file with PURRfect Pet Companion.
At this time we do not charge a cancellation fee. We ask that cancellations be communicated to us as soon as possible.
We require a minimum of one pet care visit daily for all cats on all days that the owner is away.
Last Minute Services
If a visit is requested with less than 24 hours notice, a $5 “Last Minute Service” Fee will be applied.
A fee of $10 will be added for services on: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
